Lives and seasons
You have nine lives each season. Every death costs one and brings a longer time-out. After the ninth, you wait for the next season. Seasons last 90 days, then the world and seasonal progress reset.

How a season works
Seasons last 90 days and roll over automatically. The world, death counts, diamond balances, active auction listings and unclaimed auction items are destroyed. The new world starts immediately, and everyone has nine lives again. Account-wide cosmetics stay, including titles, name colours, emotes, trails, display pets and memorials.
What the ninth death takes
Your ninth death immediately destroys your bank, auction listings and collection. You cannot join again until the season ends. Nothing else about your account changes: cosmetics stay, and you start the next season with nine lives.
Deaths that are not deaths
Server shutdowns and kicks do not count as deaths. Disconnecting while combat-tagged can count as a death, because the server cannot distinguish a lost connection from a rage-quit. If you think a server outage cost you a life, ask staff to review it through /helpop or the support page.
Check your status
/season shows the season number and end date, plus your death count and lives left.
